  Introduction Vikram Dhar has been taught by two of the best leadership and executive trainers in the world, John Mattone, and Marshall Goldsmith. John Mattone, the former coach of the late Steve Jobs, personally trained, coached, and certified him as an Intelligent Leadership Executive Coach and Leadership Assessor utilizing the Leadership Inventory evaluation instrument. He has received certification as a licensed Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) coach from co-founder and doctor Richard Bandler. He is a member of the Association of NLP and a qualified NLP Trainer recognized by the American Board of NLP (US) (UK).
